How can I get Companies to advertise on a new web site!!!?
want to know which, if any, large companies would be interested in advertising their products or services, on a brand new web site which will appeal to 1000's of potential customers. The cost's to avertise would be a fraction of what they big companies, I:E, google, ebay, yahoo etc; , charge and they would be in on the ground floor of a unique enterprise which COULD become massive.

FRIEND,
IF YOU HAVE A SITE OF YOUR OWN AND YOU WANT ADVERTISERS INTO YOUR SITE. THERE ARE MORE THAN A WAY.YOU TRY GOOGLE ADSENSE BY LOGGING ON TO GOOGLE. NEXT WAY IS CJ. LOG ON TO THE CJ SITE FOR DETAILS. BOTH OF THESE PROVIDE COMMISSION FOR YOU IF ANY PURCHASE OCCUR FROM YOUR SITE BY THE LINK PASTED THERE. NEXT IS THAT YOU VISIT THE SITES OF BIG OR SMALL COMPANIES. THEY WILL BE LOOKING FOR GOOD AFFILIATES TO PROMOTE THEIR PRODUCTS

generally you have to "webmaster" for them ie: they give you a link/ ad, you put it on your site and depending upon agreement they pay you for any business accrued ( referrals)
until you get big and successful then its sign here time (buy me a beer if that happens)

Why would anyone spend NOW money on COULD advertising.

You need about 100k hits a day to even begin to break the ice.

How can your business benefit them?? That's what you must be able to tell them. Sure, it might be cheaper, but if it generates no sales (or unprofitable sales), it's worthless for them.

Usually all the big companies wont advertise on a new site. advertising is mostly based on the Google page rank. If you have a good page rank like 7-9 then you are sure to get some Company/guy who would like to place an ad on your site. If you are looking to make money with placing ads you may try out Google Adsence. its from Google. just sign up and then they would place suitable ads on your site with the keyword you provide.

Until you can prove you have valauble traffic visiting to your website nobody will pay you anything. I offered a quality ad placement for free for 3 months to some very big advertisers. Spent much time promoting my site. The advertisers tracked the hits they got from my site and when it became valuable I charged them. Unless you have a very high ranking site with 50,000 visitors per month the most you will get is about $10 per link per month. I have ten per page on my site. I have ten pages, you do the math. Let me clarify that not all pages have ten links and not all are $10 per month I am just giving you the example. I really only do about $350 per month. This is just for links.
