Let's be honest, to be effective you need to spend more. If you believe in your product, you need to spend a little money to tell people about it. Even if you are just using nothing but your own time to tell people one-on-one, how much is your time worth? |

Distributing flyers to houses.
Also talking to your suppliers and seeing if they will allow to leave flyers(or discount coupons) in their places of business. Having (if you can) your friends talk it up.
Getting a local TV or radio station or newspaper do a story on your new business. |

TRy PR, get some photos, get some news-worthy or interesting article (advice etc) and blitz the local papers and business press - probably best investment. For that sum you are very restricted for any real marketing, other than that try flyers/biz cards in suitable outlets (customers focused as well as possible partner opprtunities - suppliers, local healthfood shop, gyms, old people homes etc), Let us know how it goes. |

Send your meals to Prince Charles. Whatever happens next, take the story to media with good photographs. Use this as a starting point to further your business interest by getting investing partners to Angel financiers, who in turn will take you forward to venture capitalists and so on. |
