One of the best techniques I have found to increase click through rates is to use in text advertising instead of banners and pop-ups. The ads will always be relevant to what your reader is interested in. The biggest issue I saw with your ads is that they are not always related to what the reader is reading about.
Try putting some useful widgets, and links in your sidebar that make your site more navigable and "stickier" then using relevant in text advertising. I think you will see a huge bump in click through.

you have to make your blog more attractive by placing some pictures near the ads so that the visitor gets attracted.

I would recommend to you The Adsense code by Joel comm if you want to add a succesful adsense campaign to your site, it really helped me with my blog site and i'm sure it will for you also. Another tip I would give to you is change the colour scheme and possibly move your blog to a wordpress account.

Your site looks relatively new, so I am going to assume that your traffic is still in it's infancy stage. You might want to work more on promoting your site more first before assuming your CTRs are worthless.
