I know it can be difficult...the only way for revenge is enter their phone number into a spam web-site or sell it to a used vacuum cleaner salesmen :)

You probably can't get his/her home number, but if you have Caller ID or *69, you can call him/her back. Ask to speak to a supervisor, and tell them you're on the "Do Not Call" list (even if you're not; I doubt they actually check).
