How can I get traffic to my website without paying per click?

I have this new website ( dkcrystaldesigns.com) and I have registered it with Yahoo & Google. I am getting lots of clicks from them but no sales. It is costing me a lot of money to register with them with pay per click. How can I get real traffic to my site without paying a lot of money. I am affraid my online store is going to go down them tubes and take all of my money with it if I don't find a short cut FAST!! Also, Has anyone heard of OrangeSoda.com??

One good way is called Viral Marketing basically you create a movie on your products and post it up on to youtube and other sites. What happens next is the important part, the video will be picked up by other web users and they will post it up across the web allowing others to see your video and giving you new links to your site. The videos dont need to be anything complicated or special just a video advertising your products or talking about your site. I would suggest doing some article marketing and participating in some online forums that are related to what your site is about and just get the word out about your site. Also if your going to stick with PPC I would suggest building a long list of less common search terms to use, since they are searched for less often they will cost less per click, but since you have a large list of those less used terms it will still equal out to be as much as more common used terms.

Well if you are getting clicks from PPC and not getting sales your first step is to analyze your site and web copy to figure out why folks are not buying. You are speaking about conversion here first and if your site can't convert a customer it doesn't matter how much traffic you get paid or organic as no one will buy. I'd look at redesigning my site also to get rid of the frames you are using. Search engines don't like frames. That's a no-no for SEO.

I have a lot of experience marketing small companies online (I have 3 companies). One of the best ways is to sign up at business directories and protals. These are basically listings of businesses (simliar to the phone book). The advantage is that these portals usually get a lot of traffic and they're ranked high on Google because of all the quality links they contain.

My favorite portal is called Directory Exclusive. I signed up a few weeks ago because they're giving a away a free business card holder when a person enter's their company info. I received it in the mail 3 days ago =)
