Be yourself and don't try too hard to make an impression, it may backfire. Show interest in what your colleagues are doing, go to meetings, ask people's advise, be as professional in everything you do. People know you are in training, they don't expect too much from you apart from being a keen learner and professional in everything you do. Your warm and genuine interpersonal attitude will also help. |

See tanisha, to create some good impression on the mindset of the customers of yours.. Think and try to relate that with the Independence Day. Like you can make something which can relate to 60 years of relationship. Also you can think of giving your customers tomm a flag each for every walk in customers so that they would also remember the Bank and of course your bank name. Well then you can think of distributing Patriotic CD's along with nay transaction done by your customers. Please look into first of the all the Budget that your bank is planning to spend after this. Pin an Indian flag on everybody's shirt
- WITH BANK's BUSINESS MESSAGE ON REVERSE.
1) Draw rectangle 2"x1" and fill it with Indian tricolor.
You can use Windows Paint program to draw A neat Indian flag.
2) Copy it. ie., 4 columns x 10 rows to see 40 flags spaced out.
3) Print this page on color printer - cost Rs.5/-
4) Edit the image. ie., Over space of every flag, type a simple business message in black - Also mention Your Bank's name, area & telephone no.
5) Copy it. ie., 4 columns x 10 rows to see 40 message exactly where flags were.
6) Print this page on color printer - cost Rs.2/-
7) Color xerox each page on either side of a page. ie., You should have 40 color flags on oneside and 40 message on other side of the same paper.
8) Cut each flag with scissor to have message also behind the flag.
10) Buy a box of paper pins -Rs. 10 for 100/-.
NEXT YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO.
THIS IDEA WILL BE RESPECTED, CHEAP & CARRY MESSAGE.
A BEST FOOTPRINT - Remember to pin your bosses with these flags too. |

It will be a bit expensive but you will have to join hands with an NGO on 15082007.
Distribute sweets in schools distridute flags to the people as well as soft drinks also if you have brochure and pamphlets with some special offer then it will create a better impact please dont forget to leave your{company's} presence in what ever favour you do on that day. |
