Be assumptive, do not ask an initial question or pause, tell them you will be brief, get to the point very quickly, use as few words as possible. Be polite. Have 2 or 3 compelling selling points; use selling points one at a time (i.e. if they say no to your first point, use the second, if they say no again, use the third). Know what objections you're likely to get, and have rebuttals ready. |

Try saying the line, "Don`t hang up!" when they pick up the phone. Try sounding natural and casual instead. They might just listen. If they don`t then you might as well give it up. = |
