I wouldn't do that
As a business owner I just throw those away irritated with that business. A better question would be how to market your new business--by the way congratulations on your new venture |

do not solicit your business by fax. you will only annoy the people because you are wasting their paper. it is counter productive and you will lose business. you would be better off farming it that is walk door to door and drop off a flier on paper that you paid for. |

You might want to try actually visiting the business first, introducing yourself, dropping off a card and a price sheet, meeting the manager. Faxes have a tendancy to end up in the garbage. If you establish a business partnership then you can use fax #'s to send specials to your loyal customers. Your first impression should be in person. |

They sue you from other states so if you don't get a lawyer to represent you in that state.....You automaticaly get judgement against you. |

I wouldn't recommend that. Nothing aggravates me more than for someone to waste my money sending me advertising faxes that I have not invited. It wastes my paper and copier ink. I throw them in the trash after I vow never to use their business for being so rude. If I want a carpet cleaner, I use the Yellow Pages. I am only speaking for myself, of course. You could use the Yellow Pages and local newspaper ads. Most show their fax numbers. |

Junk fax is not only counter productive (I would NEVER patronize an establishment that used junk fax or telemarketing) but it's also illegal in some places. |

Look in the yellow pages. You can't go wrong there. If the fax numbers are not posted, call the businesses and ask for their fax numbers. |
