you can't..thats like asking how can I get more people to join this pyrmid schem...It is always ackward approching your friends and family to sell to..I would say..Just give it your all...Thats all any one can ask of you, including your self...
You can always have an AVON party and try to sign people up that way...

Pay better commision.It is a job that women take to earn a bit of pin money and you have to sell a hell of a lot off products to earn any decent money.I did it and it was a waste of time.

Show them how great it is to be an Avon rep! Carry the brochures and a few samples with you at all times - wear the signature pins proudly. Enthuse about your great experience - let your excitement be contagious, but not pushy.
Talk to your clients about becoming reps - show them how much they can save on the products they love.

Let them know about the INSURANCE. Very few people are offered group health insurance , and people are in need of insurance more than the extra 200-300 a month from working Avon ( that's the average income) . Avon is really a great company for women if you take advantage of everything they offer.

I am also in MLM and doing very well. The key to building any business is example. People tend to duplicate what they see in their leaders.
Show pride, positivity and confidence in yourself as well as your products. The more self-confident you are, the more you will attract people to your business. Be a shining example to all that you meet and people will respect you for that. The first thing you have to do before getting people to join is to get to know the people and what their desires and needs are. It isn't about just "signing up" members. You must first listen to the prospect and find what their needs are and then determine what it is that your business can do to meet their needs. If you just get them to sign up without establishing their need for the business then they will eventually just drop out because they have no vision.
Find their needs. Give them a vision. When your team members have a vison, nothing stands in their way but without vision, everything stands in their way. Make sense?
