If you put a substantial ad in your local paper you may be able to negotiate with them to have an article about your business printed in the same edition. This will give you good publicity.

Advertise in the phonebook, local paper, set up a website which people can find from a search engine, depending how much of the products you make, you could try make deals with department stores for them to sell your products =)
