Some of the few initial changes I think that can be made are:
I did not like the first page as I enter the site. Directly link it to our product page. Users may not have time to read everything on the first page. They wanna know the price and what the product includes. Secondly, advertise advertise advertise. If people dont know the product exists, no one will buy it. There can be many more changes but these are the first few I could think of. Spend more money on making the website a better professional website rather than a just-another-product-on-internet type of website. Its better than the average website but look at the top companies and aim at making your website as good as that by maybe hiring a professional "websitemaker" (I would do that.) Goodluck.
