If you read my other answers you'll see some common themes:
- What's your USP (Unique Selling Proposition)
- Who is your best prospect (target market)
- How can you reach them frequently and economically
- What will be your "get a new customer" offer?
- What's your guarantee
There's more, but I'd need to know more about your company to get really specific.

Then offer your training programme to schools/colleges via your County Council Officer.
They will both get Social Credit for bringing your idea to those who need it.
Devise a package...extra value return..to your sponsor and facillitator....labeling, participation,editorials, photo ops.. pressing flesh etc.
First approach should be to get an expression of btheir interest....You can be passionate about your product without being pusshy...
