Depends on what your business is and how wide you want to go in your client base local, nation wide ect.
we find the local free paper a good source of advertising for us as it is a well read paper going to thousands of homes and although what we do there are many of we still generate many enquries and from those clients but better still tons of recommendations. It is also fairly cheap to advertise in as it is only once a week.
Leaflets but depends again on your business.
The net of course but have to shop around and watch the sharks.
Telephone directory book or on line.
Golden rule always monitor your enquiries so you know what works and what does not if you do not monitor you are throwing money down the drain and it is an excellent way of finding what works for you and your business.
