What products are you talking about, exactly?
Best way to sell real products would be to write articles about them and put them on your website. These articles would highlight the problem that your products solve.
You could do this via a blog, even. Write regular comments about your products, or your exploits using your products.
If you're serious you really do have to think differently, though. Include CafePress (if you can) and YouTube videos and even consider setting up a store on Ebay to sell them, but even this is standard nowadays. Think differently. See how others are selling your products and either do it better or be inventive.

If you got great product, and somebody has good advertising you will never sell a lot because you're customers will never know that your product even exist. On the other side, competition will put for start some money into Google or Yahoo adds, and choose wisely keywords.
Yes, it's all about keywords, you should search first how your product is selling online. Start with eBay and list only sold items, and you'll see how many people is shopping for similar items. Compare their keywords with yours. You can use this site for that: http://www.seocompany.ca/tool/seo-tools.html.
When you found and choose your keywords, go and start selling with eBay, or on your new website. The most important thing is that you need SEO, if you start without it, it's gonna be hard to find buyers.
Also, I would recommend any kind of legal forum, message board or MySpace, promotions, but be aware, many site owners don't like 3rd party adds on their boards. |
