Even if you don't install any tracking code most hosting providers would have either awstats, webalizer or raw stat monitors installed. Check it out.
In addition, if you had submitted your site to Alexa, check out the Alexa ranks...this would give 'some idea' about your traffic...you can then compare with sites of similar ranks.
Install Google Analytics code ASAP to avoid this mistake in the future.

but you can check you estimate traffic by alexa.com
My suggestion is setup Google Analytic as soon as possible..

that is a tough question and you supposedly you didn't install any tracking code. I would try http://alexa.com or my favorite http://archive.org there you can get an idea from the past archives how the search engines crawled your site.
