I would create a website with a direct link to your video then have this service promote your site so it could appear on the first page in Google for the term used to describe your video.
example:
If your video is about fishing I'd purchase a domain related to fishing like, secretfishingtactics.com or fishingbloopers.com then create a basic webpage nothing too fancy. Then this service would do all the seo for you on a keyword term like fishing videos or fishing tactics. Pretty soon your site could be the number one listing in Google for that keyword and a very popular video in Youtube which equals backlinks and a higher PR on the horizon.

You can make cool video/montage with Windows Movie Maker (for Windows users), iMovie (for Mac users) or OneTrueMedia (any operating system as long as you have Internet).

use windows movie maker (included in your windows machine)... it can help you make beautiful slideshow or video clip(e.g. mixing your songs with pictures/video/etc).... then save it as video file such as wmv or mpg... finally upload.
or .. Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker to create new masterpieces
