1) Find online directories (If you can't afford to pay for advertisements, use free directories like free-index.co.uk)
2) Spread the word. Tell friends and family and ask them to do the same too.
3) Go to search engine submitters (some of them are free!) and type in the keywords that you want your site to be visable to searchers. I.e. Chocolate could be a keyword, aswell as chocolate lover etc.
4) For step 3 I advise you to go Seobook Keyword Suggestion tool where you type in a keyword and it shows various search engines like yahoo and google and how many people search for that keyword daily.
