on the top right hand side of the page of the item you are viewing, is there name and score. Look directly below the name about 4 lines some may have more or less depending on the type of seller they are. Hit ask seller a question. Ask your question hit send. And the seller will most likely get back to you with in 48 hours or less. hope that helps! I love ebay!!

If you are on the page of the idea you are interested in there should be a section that says Meet the seller towards the up right corner and under that section there will be a link that says something like "Ask Seller Question"
