3. Learn HTML and do it yourself. A library will have the required books and its much more satisfying this way!
When you have finished your site, get a domain name and hosting to make it official. Try www.lythallcorp.com for some cheap deals.
You can get ad revenue when your site generates enough visitors- you can then approach people who might be interested in placing ads on your site. Otherwise, try Google Adsearch.
