Amazon.com has one of the biggest affiliate programs around. If you have your own website, you can apply at http://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates/join
The key however is to determine who your visitors are, what types of products or services are they looking for and likely to buy or sign up for -- then you can start narrowing your choices for affiliate programs. That is how you are going to earn a lot from affiliate programs
You can also join Commission Junction http://www.cj.com or Linkshare http://www.linkshare.com to join affiliate programs of big companies. Joining is free |

Once you are in a network like CJ or LinkShare, search for merchants in the niche you want to promote and then sort by their performance in the network. That should help. You might also want to look at ShareASale.com |

You shouldn't be looking for the highest paying affiliate program. You should be searching for products that will help your customers and then check to see if they have affiliate products.
To tell you the truth. You're not going to make any money online, if you sign up for an affiliate program that you have no passion for.
I recommend that first you find out what you can talk a lot about, find a targeted market for it, look for products that would help out that targeted market, then check if those products have affiliate programs (which they usually do), and then try to profit online.
If you don't...you're not going to make much from an affiliate program. |
