How do I get more traffic?
How can I make my website good and convince people to buy?
This is my first time doing this.

It is targeted at a desperate audience looking for answers. A one page website containing a sales letter about why I am better than my competition (both free and paid), I empathsised and identified with them, my info is up to date, they can start using the information immediately and it is no fluff, straight to the point.

The sales page is only about 4 pages long if you paste it into Word. : Maybe I need a better headline. Or a better hook. But how do I find out how to do this? I'm currently trying to gather testimonials.

Here's the marketing thingys I am currently using:
* Google Adwords
* Wrote an article on the topic. People have told me that they love it and even printed it out and some have click the ad at the bottom but they won't buuuyyyyy D:
* Frequent the most popular forums on the topic with a link to the article in my signature (not the actual website because this particular group of people hate hate hate that)
* Frequent Yahoo! Answers and give good quality answers while adding my website in the resource box or some other way

I don't get much traffic. >: It has probably doubled in the last couple of days though. For example, on the 22nd Jan, I got 16 unique visitors and 203 hits (uh... wha? And 38 pages.. what the heck does that mean?).
