Your site is human friendly. But I thing you need more on page seo.
for starters you only used your main keyword once in the home page. Try and include it at least to more times.

Kaspid made some good points. Remember to do an analysis on your competition's rankings in the major search engines. And since you're just starting out, I would recommend that you do seo from the perspective of a pyramid. Basically, focus your link building on long tail keywords and work your way up to your primary keywords that are no more than two words. This approach is important because you need to build a keyword foundation so you can start getting organic traffic from the majors sooner. |

Hi there
I think you've done a good job as all your web site is text.
What you need to do:
1- Keywords analysis. Make sure you are analysing your keywords and use it in your title tag, Meta description and meta keywords
2- Use different titles - You have repeated the first part of your page in every single page which is wrong. Use totally different title for each page
3- Start creating qulity backlinks. At the moment you've got no back links and your google PR is 0.
4- use news in your home page and keep it uptodate. Use your keyphrases in your news
5- use your keyphrases in your alt tags. At the moment you used "us" in your alt tag which is not good alt ta
6- Make sure you are using your keyphrases in your content
7- Use your keyphrases in your H1 and H2 and ... in each page.
8- Create sitemap for your web site .xml and .txt format and add it to google web master tool and also yahoo...
