I'm not sure what you're asking; Are you wanting to be a domain name reseller? Are you looking to simply host a site that provides hosting packages for webmaster? In the first case, you'd buy up domain names and when someone wants to buy it, you mark up the price to what you want. Its a bit unscrupulous, and some businesses might send 'cease and desist' letters if they feel you've taken a name that doesn't belong to you.
As for providing hosting packages, you can be a reseller. Just check with any web host company and look for reseller or affiliate. I've used http://www.netfirms.com and had been an affiliate, making $50 per web site package purchased. They have very reasonable prices and easy to use service. They also offer a webmaster business option you can purchase from them.
I'm not famliar with other services.
If you're simply asking for a domain name for your web site, check with any hosting services, even the free ones and compare prices. |

well you need to buy your own domain name so you can create your personalize http://www.xxxxx.com and also web hosting so you have storage where you can put all your stuff on the web.
there are other websites there that offers free web hosting but you will not have a personalized domain name. |
