In the library in the refrence section you can often find books of wholesalers in the manufacturers directories. It depends on the type of wholesaler you are looking for.
Another way to find them is to look in industry magazines for the industry you are researching. |

Hey, I think http://wholesale.50webs.org/ is the best site as I've used it myself, I now run my own successful business selling designer clothes and shoes. Good luck to you with your business ideas! Hope this helps you. |

I presumed you want wholesalers in the USA. There are Wholesaler publications in various industries. Check with your local library. I don't remember the publisher. Ask the librarian. You can order the book. I think it is about $400 a few years ago. |

The most reliable place on the Internet is available at http://www.worldwidebrands.com/ Of course if you are looking for something for a specific industry, you might talk with the local businesses who use these services.
Thanks for asking,

Go to your local public library. Ask the business desk. There are catalogs both in print and on line. Moody's is the first that comes to mind. You won't be able to check out the catalog or directory, but you can photo copy some of the pages. |

I would search for the product that you want to sell. So, if you want to sell "shoes" , do a search for "shoes." I personally sell candles and am on the other side of your question...I want to find people that want to BECOME sellers so I advertise backwards from what you are looking for. Put yourself on the other side and pretend that you ARE a wholesaler...How would YOU advertise? Start there. I am constantly thinking of new things to try. Feel free to email me and I can give you lots of ideas...I mind is constantly spinning! :) |
