Firstly to have a site that is most frequented and profitable you must have a appealing site. An appealing does not means only good content.
The first impression of the site must be appealing, give it a grand appearance, this will take some time to master, cause you will need to match it with you title and url of your website.
And do not put more than 4Ads on your website, it will make your web look shabby. Make it look grand, a suggested number will be 2. Make your site look as if that it do not need anyone to sponsor it.
Second, you must make an impression that many people had already frequented your site, get a guestbook and let your visitors rate and discuss your site.
