I know the instant reply would be to ask the concerned.But life is not as simple to people whi are shy and sensitive lot. I used to admire and covet a girl when I was a teenager never dared to ask her. I always thought she too loved me. After years when I look back I am not too sure. How to do I ascertain of her love for me ?

Well for one thing, don't use big words like ascertain when the rest of your communication is crap. You're not fooling anyone, stupid.

honestly speaking.. for me, the only possible way is by asking her... so that you wouldn't have to guess or assume anything.. just tell her that.. "i would like to ask you something personal.. and i will accept your answer whatever that may be.." if she says yes.. then ask her.. :)
