I have started a home-based business of nutritional products in New Delhi . I have become a distributor of a nutritional products company. Now, I have to get the pamphlets distributed for a particular product. But the problem is that I have to get my pamphlets distributed for one time only(I may have to get my pamphlets distributed later also, but that’s a later situation). I don’t have to get my pamphlets distributed regularly. I want to get these pamphlets distributed in a particular colony. How can I get a person to distribute these pamphlets for one time? Because generally the pamphlets distributing boys distribute pamphlets on a regular basis and I have to get my pamphlets distributed for one time only or occasionally. Also, I want to ask how many pamphlets should I get distributed? How much money the pamphlet distributing boy would take for distributing the pamphlets for one time? Please help me I have never done a business before. |

If you are focussing on just one colony, get interesting and attractive posters made and put it up near the colony gate (if any) or put it up at strategic locations in the colony such as say a grocery shop or etc. where people are bound to come on a daily basis and see our poster. More colorful the poster the more likelihood that people will read it.
About distributing the pamphlets you speak to the person who distributes the paper in your house. You can speak to the person who is coming in the morning to give you your paper or speak to the person who comes with your newspaper bill. They do distribute pamphlets on a one time basis. So that will not be a problem. Charges will depend on the colony and the number of pamphlets to be distributed. But you should negotiate with them. Besides that if the number of pamphlets is very high, do not hand over all the pamphlets to them. They will just put 5 to 6 in one newspaper, which will be a waste of your money.
Besides that you could yourself distribute some pamphlets. You could put it inside people's letter boxes or slide it under their doors. This way you will be sure that you are reaching many households.
