Vinyl stickers. The non stick kind that cling to flat surfaces. Make a little business logo and web address/phone number, Stick em' everywhere. |

Go to neighborhoods where they are doing construction. The homes all need the windows cleaned when they are complete. Talk to the builders, you'll get a lot of No's, but if you leave cards and a good impression you'll get some calls later. Good Luck. |

35 yrs exp in adv.
Pick up your local Yellow Pages and look up "Property Management"
They all manage buildings that need window washing, among other things. Offer them discounts if they will put you on their list of people to call.
Also, consider running an ad in the Yellow Pages. They have all sizes and price ranges. It's still the best way to reach everyone in town for the least money.
I should know. I sold those ads for 25 years and had many window washer accounts.

I would use http://www.craigslist.com Put your ad in the small business section. I have a friend that does this for his handyman service and he always gets business. You can use it everyday, as long as the ads arent duplicates. I you have a link to your website, I would include it in the ad. |

HI! :) If you want to advertise to private homes (not just businesses), you can advertise for FREE (basic/premium ads) on this site:
http://www.ultimatefamilyguide.com/advertise.php
You might also just go to local businesses and ask if they need any work? |

My best recommendation: make sure you are listed in Google's Local search engine. Then I would advertise in Google Adwords. You might be able to do it for 10 cents a click or less.
