First: Make sure that your spelling and grammar are top notch. Even here on Yahoo!Answers. It makes an impression - either good or bad. What impression do you think the writing of your question makes? You are a journalist!
Second: Allow people to email you. I was going to send you an email but you have that feature blocked.
Third: When appropriate and relevant, list your site with your question or answer. I think the "check out my site" questions are a bit "iffy" but people do it here all the time and do not seem to get reported.
Fourth: Research and implement Search Engine Optimization techniques. People build websites and think that the work is done. Not true. The work has only begun. The real work is in building traffic and a following. |
