Dreamweaver or Frontpage (FP). If you are a complete novice, choose Frontpage (FP). Create the look and feel of your page using FP. It's like using word, excel, and powerpoint all rolled into one application. Once you have designed it name it index and upload it to your root directory that your host has provided.
A simpler way would be to find a host that offers site studio. These easy to use templates allows you to create professional looking websites in a very short amount of time. |
