Hi there, i'll keep it short. Don't bother buying email addresses, you'll only get accused of spamming people.
Before you think about sending out your email ad, make sure you're ad are appealing and you need a good subject line.
Also do some research on your product and which audience you're gonna target. You will only waste your money to advertise to people that's not even remotely interested in your product or service.

Look at this problem backwards.
Let's say you send me an email. Why should I care about it? Do you know who I am? Do you know if I'm slightly interested in what you're selling? Do you know what I really need?
If you're trying to sell to me without knowing anything about me, you're wasting your time. The best sales people identify their target audience, know what the target's pressing problems are, and sell the solution, not the product.
Simply sending an email saying "Buy This From Me" will likely backfire in a big way - getting you labeled as a spammer either in the eyes of your community and/or by email programs (which means that your later emails won't get through, no matter how well written they are).
Getting people to buy from you unfortunately takes time. People buy from people they trust. Invest time to build it. |

Hey it sounds like your going down the road of spamming. Let not get into that ok!
what you probably want to do is set something off virally i.e. like a fun game or a small ebook for free with a link to your email. I have seen many broke business florish using this, as long as you have a **** idea.
You dont want to spam people or you will get in trouble. Its aobut smarter marketing. Viral is what you need. |

What type of stuff? What demographic would you like to sell to?
There are plenty of list sources out there that can help you target an email campaign to you target market.
I would try datagenUSA.com or ReferenceUSA.com they have the ability to blast emails to an opt in list for you.
Do you have any current clients that you could email? If you do marketing to them is the best plan of action. Maybe an incentive plan for your current clients that refer your service to their friends and family?

First and foremost never buy an email list from someone, thats a good way to get accused of spamming from the get and trust me you don't want that.
The best way to gather email addresses is to give away a free report or free offer to them.
For instance if you have a website about cats. You would offer a free report for something like top 10 cat grooming tips if they sign up for your newsletter. Then you may start emailing them. But you need to give them something of value- when you think of how a customer thinks there is always an aspect of "whats in it for me?" It sounds selfish but think about what you think before you buy something, what benefits do you get if you buy this product... its works the same way when you want someone to sign up for your email list the wonder "whats in it for me? Why does this matter to me? etc.
