No no no no no no.... you have a good product in high demand. CALL NIGHTINGALE-CONANT!! They are the category-killer publisher of self-help materials. I imagine they'd be really interested in your material.
Don't worry about an agent- I can't imagine why you'd need one unless/until you really really really hit the big time, and then they will find you.
The self-help publishing world is a small one, and I don't imagine you'd have difficulty getting your foot in the door and getting someone progressive-minded with whom to talk about this. But if for some reason you can't, I'd suggest checking out the self-publishing and information-product-marketing work of Michael Senoff at www.michaelsenoff.com

That depends on what you're aiming to help, try searching for organizations that specifically support your line of practice. You may also want to try holistic doctors.

How about searching for similar types of CD - and then see who the publishers are - same idea but go to a place that sells self-help materials and see who their printer/publishers are.
Usually with things like this, the folks that do it already are the easiest to find and often the ones most "up for the idea".
It will help you hugely if you can not only a few other professional in your field to endorse your work - but perhaps a well know one - or even a well known "talk therpay" show host.
Endorsements help - and can often be elicited in exchange for a tiny % age of the proceeds towards a charity of their choosing - who you should ALSO be able to get an endorsement from.
