I am looking for the best company to advertise my website?
I have been trying numerous companies that offer all kinds of advertising and have given me zero business. I have paid a lot of money only to hear them blame my site. I also tried on my own free ads like craigslist to no avail.
I am looking to partner with a legitimate company that can advertise my site for a reasonable amount of money that has a proven track record with my product. I do not want a company that does blast emails.

Add up an affiliation marketing to your site. I have seen similar sites on merchant marketing sites. You may need to have some text n banner links made to promote. Then register with big affiliation houses where they will have registered affiliates to promote your site. It is called performance marketing bcoz you will only pay part of your sale as a commission to the affiliate only if sales happen thru him. This will also bring you the traffic.

Visited your site. It is very nice looking, but I can tell you from experience that you're not going to get traffic until you remove the members sign up box.
Make it a free website until you start getting some nice traffic. After that, collect testimonials about the site and return to the members only model.
I know $19.95 isn't a lot of money, but no one is going to pay for information without knowing if it's useful or not.
If you insist on having a members only site, then give new people something to wet their whistle. Try giving away a free credit report or something like that.

Don't worry about blasts.
Worry about getting your site onto the front page of google. 70% of the people interested in your service will search for you on the net. If you're not on the front or second page of the results it's like saying to those people "sorry I can't help you because I didn't know you were looking for me" And thats bad.
Secondly you need to be able to market to those people who do visit your site. Why? So that if they don't buy the first time then they will down the track. Not talking spam but rather establishing you as the expert in all things "credit"
If this is done properly - who do you think your database will turn to when they do need your service?
