You should add the link (the url of your ebay shop) to your question. Also you could try an email campaign, get your friends to email their friends with details of the shop and ask them to pass on the details to other friends etc.
By the way, what's a mobile phone charm? |

I hope I don't sound too nasty but here we go;
You need to sort out your html. All your listings are too big for the screen. I can't be bothered to scroll L to R as well as up and down.
Your pics don't show much detail. Have you tried scanning?
Your TOS takes up as much space as your description, Sell the product not your terms, put the TOS in small print.
I'm not sure if you are using shop listings rather than normal listings. This can be expensive.
