Well first of all sorry for your lost. And I search for terms and conditions for using even downloads of Princesses characters and I couldn't find no reason why you can't do it. If the funeral home or the company that you are dealing with don't want to do it change it you have a right to do it if is just for that reason.

I would think Disney would be more then happy to give the OK to use those images. Just call and ask.
It's always hard to lose a child, I pray you get though the biggest part of the pain. May God be with you at this time. |

If they are copywrited then you can ask permission to use their drawings, Im not sure who you ask...sorry!!
But if you are already allowed to use them then you can go ahead & get them put on, no one can stop you, a headstone is your personal space devoted to your loved one.
Any company making headstones will be more than happy to do this as long as you have permission. |

you do not need permission as it is not being used in a commercial way . If your marker company will not do it go to another company and they will do it . The marker company you are dealing with is really bogus anyhow . |

You are probably going to have to contact the CEO of Disney for permission. It may take awhile though. I dont see why they would have a problem with you doing this though. I hope you can make this happen though and I am so sorry for your loss. |
