Not exactly sure what you are asking here, but here goes.
If you have already registered a domain name (i.e yourdomainname.com) and are looking for cheap web hosting for that name, there are literally thousands of options out there. You can find prices as low as $1.99 per month but whether these would be suitable for what you have in mind, only you can tell.
Do some research on hosting companies via the various hosting forums and directories where you will be able to discuss your specific needs with others who have experience in these matters.
On the other hand, if you have not yet registered a domain name and are looking for the cheapest way to do so, the forums are once again a good starting point. Some hosts offer a free domain as part of their hosting packages too but a lot depends on what name you want. (Of course, if you do already have your domain name this is an irrelevance).

If you don't have and don't want or need your own domain, some of these companies may be suitable for hosting your site, although most will put advertising all over your pages - if you go for free, look for one of the few who don't.

Caution: you get what you pay for. If you are serious about your website then I can recommend clook.co.uk or clook.com . They are not cheap, but your website is safe in their hands. If you really just want cheap hosting then I'd wonder how serious you were being regards your site. (Why not go for free hosting, in that case?)
When it comes to hosting, cheapest is (usually) not bestest! ;) |

As an Internet subscriber, your present provider offers you host space for a Homepage. Upload your webpages onto this Homepage space. And when it comes time to link up your domain name, use a forwarding option which is often found at Networksolutions and Godaddy [assuming that you park your domain name at these Registries] to mask over the Homepage URL with your parked domain name. Using this strategy, saves you the cost of having to relocate your webpage to another off-site alternative hosting service.
