When you say "know a good one out there" I'm assuming you mean a web host and not a website?

If you mean that you're looking to get a web HOST, try www.dreamhost.com. I have my webs hosted there, and they have reasonable prices, good customer service, and I haven't experienced too much down time with them.

You may want to check - and take your time - what's offered on ebay. They do offer some great websites that have all the monetization built in that you could wish for.
