I don't have my web site at present. Then what should I do to get registered with Googles AdSense?

You dont need a website , I just was reading this ebook by Joel Comm "Adsense secrets 4" and I found an answer to your question ... he said you can get free webpage and all what you have to do is to put your adsense code .... but there are more things as well

Why would you want to register for Adsense if you don't have a web-site?? The whole point of Adsense is so that people who have sites or blogs can put ads on their pages, and earn a few cents when people click on them. If you don't have a site, there's nowhere you can put your ads!

Of course, you can start a free blog at somewhere like Blogger, and apply for Adsense after you've written a few posts. But blogs usually make about $1 per month with Adsense, at least to start with.

If you do start a blog or website, make sure that you choose a topic that interests you, which you can write about intelligently, and never use other people's photos or articles (even the ones at free-to-use sites) because Google does NOT like duplicate content.

Big problem with some of these suggestions. With blogspot/blogger you do not own your domain name.

Since you posted this in the SEO category, I'm assuming you're concerned with ranking.

Let me be totally frank. It is nearly impossible to make pocket change with adsense on a new site. While blogspot/blogger are freely hosted, your TIME is worth something. You would make more money gathering aluminum cans from the street (not that you would.) :-)

Here is a far better way to succeed in creating a passive income.

1. do some soul searching. What interests you enough that you can produce compelling content every day.
2. learn how the social networks operate. Sites like digg.com, stumbleupon.com, and reddit.com. Do not send content, but just watch them for a while.
3. set up a WORDPRESS blog on your OWN DOMAIN NAME. Not on wordpress' domain - but on your own name. BUY a good theme such as the revolution themes. Yes, it will cost you about $8-9/month for hosting and $100 or so for the theme. Install these plugins. Wordpress All-In-One-SEO, Wordpress blackup, Google Analytics and Socializeme (or another bookmarking plug in.) ps: you'll need a google account for GA.

4. Begin posting... write great stuff. Link to other BLOGS liberally (links to sites that are not blogs are less noticed.) Do not sell anything - just blog passionately because you made a good decision in #1. Contribute to other blogs in a productive and friendly way .. NEVER spam anyone or self-promote. You are joining a conversation, and that conversation should be two-way.
5. After a few months' time, you should have 40-50 posts with hundreds of links to other blogs. Your traffic should be noticable. If it's not over 100 visitors per day, then go back to #4. Think hard about stuff people are asking and write it up. Use Yahoo! Answers to find topics that keep coming up and tackle them.
6. AFTER you have 100+ visitors per day, begin exploring the affiliate networks. Forget adsense. You will want to carefully set up and choose 3-5 affiliate programs to join and put on your blog side-bar.
7. Keep posting. Keep linking.
8. If you don't get at least 1 sale per day, something isn't right. Keep trying different affiliates - at least 2-3 weeks per trial.
9. Relentlessly learn. Learn about social bookmarking, learn about statistics, learn about what people seem to be attracted to, learn which affilite programs work or not.
10. Stay in it. After a while you'll hit the sweet spot.

Nothing's saying you cant do more than one blog at a time, but it really takes it out of you. Unless you are a prolific writer with time on your hands, doing ONE is enough to start.

FREE is FREE for a reason. It usually benefits SOMEONE BESIDES YOU in the end. I promise

Hey there, thats an easy one. You can start a new blog through blogger. It only takes a few minutes. Then you can add some content and then go ahead and apply for adsense.

You can of course create blog and register at adsense . But, you make really a very less revenue.... I advice you to start a free blog in blogger, and keep updating it with any hot topic which you get regular updates. add feeds to the blog which are of your similar category. You will get search engine rank and also revenue through the visitors... Good luck :)
