you could read the ebay FAQ and see if theres a way to resolve this with the person that left it for you. but you must have dont something for someone to leave it in the first place - so take it as a lesson ?

not a lot you can do... will always be there in your percentage rating, if you feel it was an unfair negative then you can email ebay and submit a apeal!

Hello my friend. I am a seller and buyer on ebay. On my first sale I got a negative. But not a big deal. Even though I didn't deserve the negative. I didn't get all mad about it. I just left a polite message on my feedback stating that It was stated in the listing that the parts weren't with the phone.
It was an old rotary dial telephone and I was selling it as is. And the person only paid a dollar for it.
