You can put a sign outside the door into the building giving a brief introduction to your company and highlighting deals or sales. This will give passersby the opportunity to see what you have to offer and where you are, especially since they can't just look into a window to see what's available.

best thing you can do is make friends......socialise a lot....let the world know of your existence....you can register yourself over the net....advertise on most visited sites....set up one day or two day shops at callcenters and other companies...think of a funky logo epicting about the store and the stuff that you sell there....such kindda ways and techniques can be used to advertise....i m like filled with FREE IdEaS....lemme know if you need morE.........

Hehe...I would put a sign out by the road in front of the building, maybe above or below the business sign of the Business below you. I would try to put a billboard or sign of some sort on your half of the building up top in a position that would grab drivers and passerby's attention. You could also ask to hang a sign on the actual front door of the building as well. =) Good luck!
