If I were to begin my title tag with the phrase "junky fast food", and my url is junkyfastfood.com, would this pretty much guarantee me a top five listing for users who search for junky fast food?

There is limited benefit from adding the same keyword all over your page. Google's algorithm is smarter than that. I would recommend you read up on a little SEO before spamdexing your page. A major SEO blog did a rundown of all the most important places to place keywords - you can find it at the link below. if you are trying to optimize for "junky fast food" you'll want to place it in your title tag, meta description and on page copy. make sure that the page copy is relevant for "junky fast food" so it matches your title tags and meta description.
again, you'll want to get backlinks to your page with the anchor text "junky fast food" as well. all these will help search engines understand what your page is about and rank it for the phrase "junky fast food"
though, if that is not a popular keyword, you may rank highly for it, but not get any conversions. that is something to think about too. |

If you want to be ranked for the phrase "junky fast food" you need to ensure this phrase appears in:
- Your Title Tag (at the begninning)
- Your Description
- Your Keywords Tag (not that important but still valid)
- Your <h1> tag
- Your Domain Name/Page Name
- Your Body Tag (In the first sentence)
- Your Internal Link Text
- Incoming Link Text
- Alt Tags
This is the general SEO fundamentals - and then there are other factors as well.
However - you can use Social Media Optimization and get rankings much faster than traditional SEO.

The use of generic keywords, even spamdexed/duplicate entries will not draw a specific audience. Instead, you have to limit your audience to where your business is located, i.e., a particular, city, state and country. Those geographic references should be incorporated within the title such as <title>"junky fast food | New York, New York, US</title>. Failing to limit the geography of your audience will unfortunately, cause the indexing of your website to be too broad or do you want overseas business and you have plans to deliver the junky fast food to overseas customers? I think not.
