Why don't you take it to a jeweller. Make sure that the item does not leave your site. if he says he wants to take it in the back then insist on going with him. Some jewellers are always looking for new items. But my suggestion is do not sell it on the Internet. You may loose it and insist on cash, when you have the cash then release the bracelet. Good Luck.

Take it to a jewelery store and ask them if they could sell it for you. Or you can put an ad in the local paper about it.
