If your website is built solely using Flash and not straight HTML then it will be invisible to any search engine that operates off of HTML meta-data ( I think this applies to Google but don't quote me). Also, If your web site isn't search engine optimised then you're going to have ongoing trouble.
Unless your business is heavily focused towards operating online, then you're going to have to promote your web site (and your business) using other media besides the Internet. You don't necessarily need to do this with advertising (as this is very expensive), but you do need to promote your web site's (and your business') existence somehow.
Without knowing the details of your web-site and your business, l can't be of more help sorry.

You should not only be concerned about keywords...you may be to generic, but also in the web site itself. Is it search engnine ready, does it have content using keyword phrases corrctly, is it a trusted site, meaning other sites have your link on a related page (not a link collection page), when was it last updated and on and on.
