just bought a game from ebay and its all scratched and does not work! I wanna know where I can find the guy I bought it from and write a nasty review and what a freakin liar he is! anyways is there somewhere i can type in his name so I can find like his profile or something!
Additional Details
I bought form him cuz his rating said 99.9% and he had good feedback, he also said he tested the game and said it worked! well it doesn't got a new system today(other one broke =/ ) and still won't load! |

ok i hope i can help here. You should leave a negative feedback, but before you do anything like that, you should first:
If you paid through PayPal, make a dispute, then escalate to a claim. Paypal covers upto $2,000 in protection if used on ebay.
If you paid through a check, money order, bank transer, or anything else that doesnt have a protection policy like Paypal, you should go on eBay and request the person's infromation. You can go to "help" on ebay and type in request infromation or something like that and find a link where you put his username in and it gives you there information like there telephone number. Just call the person and make a agreement, and if they dont return the money then request on eBay that the item is significently different than stated, and eBay will try to handle it, probably suspending the person account.
I hope i can help, ive had bad ebay experience before so im trying to spread my knowledge.

Hi Christy,
Thats very sad to hear!
You should be able to log into your account in ebay, see the products you won and then there should be a place for you to rate the service you had with him.
Most people do not want to have their username have a negative post on it and may be willing to work out a refund with you. I'd let him know you are going to post a negative rating and see if he'll return the money.
Also if you used paypal to pay him you may have the option to reverse the charge.

dont trust ppl with electronics unless it says sealed and in perfect condition. if it says it is but its a lie u can sue. |
