OK nice answers but the reality of it is 'they won't even consider it'.
No company that large doesn't have lawyers on retainer and they have long ago instructed them to not accept unsolicited ideas or products for legal reasons.
You prob do have a neat idea but if you like doing that consider a job in an advertising agency. There is a place where you can take your ideas and be rewarded.
You and your friends could get someone to loan you a camera and make the commercial yourself and put it on Youtube. Doesn't have to be that professional. Heck if it were campy it prob would be better anyhow.
If enough people go and watch it they might hear about it and make you an offer.
Besides. If your friends saw it and thought it was good you could enjoy the fact that your buds liked your idea.

Forget it. Nobody wants it. Agencies don't even want to hear about it because they might already have a similar idea and don't want to be accused of stealing yours. And honestly, if you have not previously worked in advertising you have no way of judging your own idea. You have no idea of what the advertiser is trying to accomplish.

Corporations pay ad agencies ridiculous amounts of money to come up with their advertising.
If you submit it too them odds are if it is good they will just steal it and use it anyway.
You could try contacting the company marketing department directly but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for an answer or a paycheck.
The world just doesn't work that way.

i guess if you want to submit it, you should go to their website and find out the phone number of their base corporation. then call them and they'll direct you by phone of where to submit it. or you could look on a chips ahoy package, they usually have somewhere that says if you have any comments about their product you can call them at this number
