Well first off you gotta work in a company that does that already, you dont just pitch ideas to any company. You gotta be like on the team for that account. Like the marketing, advertising commerial exes and everything. |

Hi Lady, it's a very generell question. Company: small, mids, big? Which industry or niche? A lot research is involved: Who is responsible for the campaigns? Inhouse? Agency? Budgets? For the big companies: the marketing campaigns are almost planned for the next year. It would be good to know someone in the responsible department. It's not an easy task to do ...
But if you're serious about it and with a lot of drive: Be the mystery - make "them" very curious by sending them bit by bit creative puzzles about your idea. It's your personal commercial. Start with a BANG! It has to be as good as the idea for the company. At one point call them and ask if they are interested in the resolution of your "puzzle".

What company, if it's a new product like you say. Are you saying you have an idea for a product, or for a commercial?
Companies hire ad agencies to develop their commercials. Most companies will not accept unsolicited submissions of ideas. |

Companies rely on advertising firms.An advertisement is more than of a commercial.It usually takes a lot of things to consider for an advertising campaign.So the campaign concept would come first and then the commercial fit in to the product... Maybe you can sell it to an advertiser. |

Get an agent and have them contact the company. That is the only way to get your foot in the door unless you have a contact inside the company.

Most companies use large advertising firms for their commercial development needs.
You could try contacting a company's marketing department, but you are unlikely to meet success. |

Phone through to the actual company ask for the General Manager and make an appointment to see the GM.
If you manage to get this far, be bold and confident, no one gets respect by coming in half hearted.
Truly believe in what you are pitching and ensure you have done all the necessary backround checks, so when you get bombarded with relevant questions, you are able to respond with relevant answers.
Listen if the pitch falls through, don't think of it as a fail but pick yourself back up and try again. Picking yourself back up and getting on with it makes you a stronger person.

first of all, what you need is money and contact. every1 always has an idea for a commercial use, but the problem is convincing investors to invest money in ur idea which is hard to achieve. You should start by asking money from ur parents and relative and friends, once you acquire enough money start looking for local manufactured who could produce ur product. Thats how i manage to sell my own creation to the public |
