In response to the advert a guy emailed me showing interest to buy my item and I replied him back with my phone nr. to call me, instead, he email me back saying he is 66 years and wants to buy my item as a gift to his cousin. He says he will pay me extra £30 for Royal mail delivery and pay total amount by paypal or wants my full address and name for paying by postal order.
I am wondering if this is some sort of scam or is this geniune. Has anyone dealt with this situation? |

don't send it till you have received the money, either by Pay-pal, or postal order. if he can pay by pay-pal, get him to do that, then you are not giving him personal info. |

Get him to cough up all the money via Pay Pal in advance, get his instructions and no problem. |

If he pays by Paypal, you can check your account(if you have one), to confirm receipt, before posting. Or, accept by postal order, only after you receive it. |

If he is offering to pay by postal order then its probably genuine. Give him your address and wait for the order to arrive. You can cash it the same day, and then you will know that the payment is genuine before you send the goods. |
