I invented something to help women with thier sexlives. & I made it & it didn't cost much. It's really something alot of women need.

I sent an email to victoria's secret two days ago & they still didn't reply back.
what should I do & who should I contact?

First you would register your invention at the patent office.

Then, you can go about making a prototype, introducing the product to investors, modifying the prototype by consulting with product development companies and marketing companies.

If you get clearance to mass product the product, you will then ink a deal with a company.

First of all you have to find out if you are the first person to invent this product. Go to the patent office .gov and search for your product. If it is there, then you do not own the product.

Secondly, never send your ideas to a company unsolisited. If you do not have ownership they can take your idea and not pay you a dime.

No one is going to pay you for an idea. You have to have a product.

look in the phone book or go to your local chamber of commerce and search for a patent agency.

Definantly print up a complete copy of all the papers associated with it and mail it to yourself in a certified letter.
This helps establish the date you came up with your invention. Then find a Patent lawyer - IF this is something you want to do, it will be a long process, but could be a very profitable one.
My husband and I just recently (Yipee ! !) got our patent - that we have been working on for 3 1/2 years. And now we have marketing companies on our doorstep.
The second step in the patent process is one of the certified patent searchers will do the background search to see how many approved patents out there match slightly to what you have. I'm sure that in today's access of information you could do a search on your own - but for the official process, someone else has to do it anyway.
FIRST - send yourself that certified letter and do not open it untill / unless your lawyer says it is a good time to.
THEN - find a patent lawyer in your area.
Finally - Hold on and don't loose hope.

talk to a lawyer who can get it registered they also have links with consultants who after getting it patented search a person with whom you can do business.... sounds profitable !!!!
