Your site is mediocre, it is not search engine optimized. It definitely does not look like $100 per page work. It will get no traffic.
A better question is "How are you getting clients at all?"
Another question is "What can I do to make my services more valuable to the client?"
When you answer these questions, they will come to you. |

Surprised no one mentioned to use analytics, how else are you going to find where your traffic is coming from and where on the web to promote properly. Its still tough, I am sorry to say there is no easy solution.
Remember not all web traffic is equal.

surprised that nobody mentioned joint venture. offering your services to other companies that provide web services to their clients. I have a list of trusted people that I hire on a job to job basis to help me supplement my in house web designers and developers.
i can get the clients, my BD team can make the sales...email me if you are interested in discussing ideas...that also goes for anyone else reading this answer. Joint ventures are a great way to make $ for yourself if you are struggling. i would be happy to outsource work to you if I was backlogged if you were good and had an attractive price.

as said forums in your market are a must. find as much as possible. give tips and take part and just put your links in your sig without promoting them directly.
post classified ads everywhere starting with USfreeads and craigslist.
write some articles now and then always giving good info but leaving something to click for in your signature or bio box.
if you're looking for leads or co-registration leads you need to be sure they are targeted and canspam act compliant.
listcitymarket.com has a good service but isn't targeted for everyone.
but i think the entrepeneurs category might do well for you.
co-reg lead marketing can be fast and lucrative but you must have a bit of good writing skills because it takes 2 seconds for someone to stop reading your mail and going to the next one.
you can surely generate traffic for free with time and dedication,
...ads, articles, blogs, forums, a press release, squidoo, hubpages, social bookmarking, ...
but if you're in a hurry you must invest someway, and know what you're doing.
you could also consider obtaining co-reg leads by contacting owners of high traffic sites in your business and ask to be added as an option to sign up for in their newsletter or buy directly some leads each day from them.
and millions of leads every day... are like having hundreds or more of high traffic websites all working together and putting all their new subscribers available to whoever wants them... and even for free... c'mon ....I mean millions every day?
like those services that say they submit your website to more search engine directories than there will ever be, where you pay and hope they are doing their job..
submit yourself it's better..and find services that involve you directly and don't just say they are going to do it for you
