Since it is spring, you could send out cards with a package of seeds for the garden. Then come up with a cheesy line about starting fresh or "reaping" rewards or placing your clients in "rich soil" to maximize career growth, making careers "bloom", etc.

It would depend on what kind of companies you were sending it to, but I would suggest something useful that you can attach a clever marketing slogan with. Send an umbrella with a note that says "We've got you covered" or something along those lines.
